1. Visit the Contact Us Page

The Contact Us page is a great tool for accessing a few ways you can contact Bell. On that page, you can submit cases, email us, or call us. To get there, start by clicking on the help button (the question mark symbol in the main menu), and then click on "Contact Us".

Submit a Case

Use the Submit a Case section on the Contact Us page to connect with the team that can best address your question. You can submit questions on the following topics:

  • Warranty Claims

  • Spare Parts Order Status

  • MyBell

  • Technical Publications

  • Product Support

  • Pilot & Technical Training Inquiries

  • Other general inquiries

Email Us

Want to reach a specific team directly? You can use the Email Us section to find further contact info for teams that you want to connect with.

Call Us

Find our main contact phone number and other contact information here.

2. Community Page

On this page, you can submit cases similar to how you can on the Contact Us page. When you submit them on the Community page, you'll be able to see the status of the case that you submitted. Either way, your question will be taken care of by a Bell team member.

You can check the status of the cases submitted by yourself or others in your company by clicking on the case number.
