Recent changes to the Technical Publications were completed to modernize and update the background coding that will allow for future upgrades. This was a complete change to both the online and offline viewer applications.

This update has introduced several issues that are being tracked and corrected as quickly as possible.

• Offline application not downloading and displaying some publications while offline.

This is being worked and is our top priority.

• I cannot login to Technical Publications after logging into MyBell.com.

Bell recommends using Google Chrome or the latest version of Microsoft Edge.

• Which internet browser should I use to access the online site?

• I cannot log in to MyBell from any browser using an Apple iPhone or iPad.

In addition to the above, the iPhone or iPad must be at iOS version 14.4 or later.

• I cannot print documents while online.

• I cannot print documents when navigating from search results.

This has been corrected online.

• I cannot scroll through .pdf manuals with the mouse wheel.

Please ensure the mouse cursor is on the document and not in the gray side area.

• The offline viewer does not function on 32bit Windows.

An updated version of the offline viewer is available for download that functions on both 32bit and 64bit Windows.

• The drag and drop feature of the old Offline Viewer has been removed from this update. This allowed users to transfer downloaded publications from the device system files to other devices without having to use the native publications download feature from the offline app. Can this be reinstated?

This feature was removed due to security requirements and will not be reincorporated into the application.
