The new login features will allow users with Maintenance access to sign in to the Maintenance section of MyBell.com without having to reenter their login credentials into the separate SAP portal. This update will pave the way for future enhancements, making sure you have the seamless MyBell experience.
Please Note: Due to the nature of this update, ALL MYBELL USERS will be required to verify their email address to ensure access to MyBell.com when the update is complete.
User Action Steps:
Go to MyBell.com and click "Forgot your Password" on the login screen
Enter your email address and click "Send Verification Code"
You will then receive an email from Microsoft with the verification code

Enter code on MyBell.com and click "Verify Code"
Once your email is verified, click "Continue"
Change your password
