Users can not belong to multiple companies in MyBell. When you receive this error message, that means the user you are trying to add already has a MyBell account under another company.  

In order to add a user who currently has MyBell access under a separate company, please instruct this user to register for a new account by navigating to and clicking on “Create an Account”. The user should select “My Company Has a Bell Account” and fill in your company’s account number (for instructions on viewing your company’s account number, click here). 

After filling in his/her contact information, a pop up will appear asking if they want to disassociate from their current account. After disassociating and clicking submit, the user’s request will go to your queue to approve.
